Orders confirmed before the 3:00 PM Chicago cut-off dispatch the same working day. GLP-1 items travel in insulated packaging with cooling elements; peptide items use phase-change gel where storage requires it. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned.

Orders over $200 ship free; multi-unit packs are discounted automatically at checkout (2 units save 5%, 3 units save 7%).

Payment is by card — first-time GLP-1 orders go through a quick one-time identity check — or by cryptocurrency with no extra steps. Prices are shown per vial before shipping and applicable duties.

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we can't accept returns of opened, reconstituted or improperly stored vials — chain-of-custody and cold-chain integrity can't be verified once a package leaves our control.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or was affected by a shipping delay that compromised cold-chain integrity, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Verified claims are replaced or refunded at no cost.

Unopened, unreconstituted vials returned within 14 days in original packaging may qualify for a refund minus shipping, at our discretion, subject to a quality check on return.
