Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. A prescription is issued only after review by a licensed independent provider who determines the treatment is appropriate. Individual results vary.

  • A licensed U.S. physician reviews you and sets the protocol
  • GLP-1, amylin and triple-agonist options — matched to your profile
  • 100% online. No in-person visits, no insurance required

A plan that works for you.
All of you.

Onvytal is not a catalogue you pick from. You submit an intake, a physician reviews it, and the protocol comes back built around your profile — then gets adjusted as you go.

  • Provider-set protocol

A licensed physician reviews your intake and decides what, if anything, is appropriate.

  • Dose adjustments

Your protocol is revisited at each check-in rather than fixed at the start.

  • No in-person visits

Intake, review and follow-up all happen asynchronously online.

  • No insurance required

Flat plan pricing. Generally FSA and HSA eligible with an itemized receipt.

  • Cancel or pause anytime

No cancellation fees and no minimum term.

Treatment options

What a provider may consider

Which of these is appropriate — if any — is a clinical decision, not a selection you make. Nothing here is a recommendation.

Semaglutide vial
GLP-1

Semaglutide

The most studied GLP-1 receptor agonist, and the molecule behind the STEP trial results.

Retatrutide vial
GLP-1 · GIP · glucagon

Retatrutide

A triple receptor agonist in late-stage trials, combining appetite signalling with energy expenditure.

Cagrilintide vial
Amylin

Cagrilintide

A long-acting amylin analogue that acts on satiety through a pathway separate from GLP-1.

NAD+ vial
Longevity

NAD+

A core metabolic coenzyme studied for cellular energy and age-related decline.

BPC-157 vial
Recovery

BPC-157

A synthetic pentadecapeptide studied in tissue-repair and angiogenesis models.

MOTS-C vial
Energy

MOTS-C

A mitochondrial-derived peptide linked to AMPK signalling and metabolic regulation.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. This page is not medical advice and contains no dosing guidance.

What the trial data shows

15%

average body-weight reduction among adults with obesity taking FDA-approved semaglutide over 68 weeks, alongside diet and exercise, in the STEP 1 trial.

A published trial average for an FDA-approved product — not a projection of any individual outcome, and not a claim about compounded medication. Individual results vary.

Check your BMI

A starting data point for your intake — nothing more.

BMI is a screening estimate, not a diagnosis, and it does not determine eligibility. Only a licensed provider can decide whether a treatment is appropriate for you.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Onvytal's weight-loss program available right now?

Not yet. We are contracting with a licensed U.S. provider network and a compounding pharmacy partner. No prescriptions are issued through this site today, and no payment is taken for the program.

What medications would a provider prescribe?

Depending on clinical judgement, a provider may consider semaglutide, retatrutide or cagrilintide for weight management, and BPC-157, MOTS-C or NAD+ for recovery and energy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. A prescription is issued only where a licensed provider determines it is appropriate.

What states will you serve?

The provider network is being onboarded to serve all 50 states and DC. Available treatments and dosing may vary by state regulation.

Do you take insurance?

We don't bill insurance directly. Treatment and consultation fees are generally FSA/HSA eligible, and you receive an itemized receipt for reimbursement.

Will there be in-person visits?

No. Intake, provider review and follow-up check-ins are all handled asynchronously online.

Can I cancel or pause once it launches?

Yes — pause or cancel from your account at any time, with no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

Weight loss, decided by a doctor.

We would rather launch late than issue a prescription through a network we have not finished vetting.
