Today, every order — peptide, GLP-1 or NAD+ — ships as a direct, professional-only reservation against documented inventory. We're layering a physician-reviewed track on top of that for the GLP-1 weight-loss program.
Choose a product and size from the catalog. First-time GLP-1 orders go through a quick one-time identity check to confirm professional eligibility; peptide-only orders don't require this step.
Stock is allocated by batch rather than pooled inventory. The Certificate of Analysis and lot number in your shipment match the exact vials reserved — see our sourcing & testing standards for what's checked on every batch.
Orders confirmed before the 3:00 PM Chicago cut-off dispatch the same working day. GLP-1 items travel in insulated packaging with cooling elements; peptide items use phase-change gel where storage requires it. Tracking is issued as soon as the label is scanned.
We're building a licensed-physician review layer specifically for the GLP-1 line (semaglutide, retatrutide, cagrilintide and combinations). Here's the intended flow once it launches — see the program page for where things stand today.
A short questionnaire on health history and goals, submitted through Get started.
A licensed U.S. physician reviews your intake and, if appropriate, builds a treatment plan — no video call required. Details on how this will work.
A licensed compounding pharmacy partner prepares and ships your plan. Until this launches, GLP-1 orders continue to ship the way every order does today (see above).
