Onvytal connects you with independent licensed providers online. Every prescription is a provider's decision, made after reviewing your information.
Step 1 · Intake
Complete your online intake
Tell us about your health history, current medications, allergies, height and weight, and goals.
Step 2 · Provider review
Review by a licensed provider
An independent licensed provider in your state reviews your information. In 44 states this review is based on your online questionnaire, and the provider may message you with follow-up questions.
In District of Columbia (DC), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS), New Mexico (NM), Rhode Island (RI), West Virginia (WV), a live (synchronous) visit with a provider is required before treatment. Your care team will help you arrange it after you complete your intake.
Step 3 · If appropriate
A prescription, if appropriate
If the provider decides treatment is appropriate for you, they write a prescription and a treatment plan. If it isn't appropriate, the provider will not prescribe treatment.
Step 4 · Delivery and support
Pharmacy delivery and ongoing support
A licensed U.S. pharmacy fills your prescription and ships it to you. You can message your care team through your patient account, and your provider can adjust your plan over time.
What you'll need for your intake
- A shipping address in a state where we offer care
- Your medical history, including past and current conditions
- A list of current medications, supplements and allergies
- Your current height and weight
- Photo ID, if requested to verify your identity
- A payment method
