Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Onvytal LLC ("Onvytal," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing transparent billing, cancellation, and refund policies for patients using our telehealth coordination services.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions may be canceled, when refunds may be issued, and how issues involving prescription medication shipments are handled.
This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to eligible purchases and subscription services made through https://onvytal.com.
1. Subscription Services
Onvytal offers subscription-based programs that facilitate access to independent, licensed healthcare providers and participating U.S. pharmacies.
A subscription begins once a patient completes the required enrollment and medical intake process and successfully submits the initial payment.
Depending on the program selected and clinical eligibility, subscription services may include:
- Access to independent licensed healthcare providers
- Medical consultations conducted through online questionnaires, telephone, or video appointments
- Prescription medications when determined medically appropriate by a healthcare provider
- Prescription fulfillment through participating licensed U.S. pharmacies
- Patient account access and administrative support
- Other services expressly included in the selected program
All medical treatment decisions are made independently by licensed healthcare providers.
Enrollment and payment do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or that a particular treatment will be approved.
If a healthcare provider determines during the initial medical evaluation that a patient is medically ineligible for the requested subscription program, the patient will receive a full refund of the applicable subscription charges.
No particular treatment result or effectiveness is guaranteed.
2. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Patients may cancel their subscription at any time for any reason.
To cancel a subscription, patients may submit a cancellation request through their designated online patient portal.
For additional assistance, patients may contact:
Email: contact@onvytal.com
Cancellation Deadline
To prevent a charge for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 72 hours before the next billing date, the subscription may renew for the upcoming billing cycle, and cancellation may take effect at the end of that cycle, subject to applicable law and the subscription terms disclosed at enrollment.
Patients will retain access to applicable subscription services through the end of the paid billing period, unless services are discontinued earlier for medical, legal, or safety reasons.
Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges already processed or cancel prescription orders that have entered the dispensing process.
Nothing in this Policy limits cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation, the services already provided, prescription fulfillment status, and applicable law.
A. Cancellation Within the First 72 Hours
Patients who request cancellation within the first 72 hours after the subscription begins may receive a full refund if no subscription services have been provided.
If a medical consultation, clinical review, prescription processing, or another included service has already occurred, refund eligibility will be evaluated under the applicable program terms and law.
B. Medical Disqualification
If an independent healthcare provider determines that a patient is medically ineligible for the requested program during the initial evaluation, Onvytal will issue a full refund of the applicable subscription charges.
If a patient becomes medically ineligible after treatment or subscription services have begun, the subscription may be discontinued, and any refund will be determined based on services already provided, unused prepaid periods, and applicable law.
C. Monthly Subscriptions
For subscriptions billed monthly, payments for the current billing period and previous completed billing periods are generally non-refundable once services have been provided.
Canceling a monthly subscription prevents future renewals in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
Refunds remain available where required by law or expressly provided under this Policy.
D. Multi-Month Subscriptions
For subscriptions billed for two or more months in advance, patients may be eligible for refunds covering unused future months for which no medication has been shipped and no applicable subscription services have been provided.
Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for services already delivered, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase.
E. One-Time Purchases
For eligible one-time purchases, refund requests will be reviewed based on whether services have been provided, whether a prescription has entered the dispensing process, and the applicable purchase terms.
If a patient is medically disqualified before receiving the purchased service or prescription medication, the applicable payment will be refunded.
4. Prescription Medication Returns
Prescription medications are dispensed and shipped directly by participating licensed U.S. pharmacies.
Onvytal does not independently manufacture, compound, dispense, or ship prescription medications.
Due to medication safety, handling requirements, and applicable pharmacy regulations, prescription medications generally cannot be returned for resale or reuse after dispensing.
Prescription orders that have already been prepared or dispensed may not be eligible for cancellation or refund solely because a patient changes their mind.
This restriction does not eliminate any rights to refunds, replacements, or other remedies required by applicable law or arising from dispensing errors, damaged products, or other qualifying circumstances.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Compromised Medications
Patients should inspect medication shipments promptly upon delivery.
If a shipment appears damaged, incorrect, missing, or potentially compromised, patients should contact Onvytal as soon as possible.

Damaged Medications
If medication packaging or contents appear damaged, the dispensing pharmacy may request photographs or other documentation.
Replacement eligibility will be determined by the dispensing pharmacy in accordance with its professional obligations, policies, and applicable law.
Incorrect Medications
If a patient receives a medication that does not match the prescription or dispensing instructions, the patient should not use the medication until the issue has been reviewed by the dispensing pharmacy.
Verified dispensing errors will be addressed by the responsible pharmacy, including replacement or another appropriate remedy.
Temperature-Sensitive Medications
Certain medications may require refrigeration or temperature-controlled handling.
If a shipment arrives unusually warm, delayed, or with compromised packaging, patients should follow the pharmacy's instructions and contact support before using the medication.
The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for determining whether the medication remains suitable for use.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, pharmacy processing, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond Onvytal's reasonable control.
Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If a package is lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, Onvytal will assist with administrative coordination between the patient, dispensing pharmacy, and shipping carrier.
Refunds or replacements will be evaluated based on the circumstances, applicable pharmacy policies, and legal requirements.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment processor and the patient's financial institution.
Patients may contact contact@onvytal.com regarding the status of an approved refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
Onvytal may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy to reflect changes in program offerings, billing practices, pharmacy arrangements, or applicable legal requirements.
Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate refund or cancellation rights already established under applicable law or the terms accepted at purchase.
9. Subscription Services — Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in my subscription price?
Subscription pricing depends on the program selected.
Depending on the applicable program and clinical eligibility, the subscription may include access to licensed healthcare providers, medical evaluations, prescription medications, pharmacy fulfillment, and administrative patient support.
The specific services and charges included in each subscription will be disclosed during enrollment and checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Patients may cancel through their designated online patient portal.
To avoid an upcoming renewal, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 72 hours before the next billing date, subject to applicable law.

Unused prepaid periods may qualify for refunds as described in this Policy.
What if my healthcare provider determines I am not eligible for treatment?
If a healthcare provider determines during your initial medical evaluation that you are medically ineligible for the requested program, you will receive a full refund of the applicable subscription charges.
If eligibility changes after treatment begins, the provider may discontinue treatment, and any refund will be evaluated under this Policy and applicable law.

However, damaged or incorrectly dispensed medications may qualify for replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
